We came here for a Children's Track and Field meet. Sucre's stadium isn't perfect, but WOW! It's in MUCH better condition then here in Cochabamba. It looks really rough. It needs some serious TLC.

The stadium is very old and it is falling a part, but it is the only place where the two major soccer clubs play. I understand they are building a new stadium that will open in 2018 capable to host 60,000 spectators.

Don't waste your time here. It is true this is the main stadium in the city and soccer games are played here, that said, the place is falling apart, bathrooms are not well maintained, and on top of everything, it doesn't expose any architectural grand...More
