We were very impressed by the cooking class we took here. We got to pick from a very large list of starters, entrees and desserts we wanted to cook. We saw the local market. Cooking instruction was very fun, upbeat controlled chaos but made for a great and entertaining time. Great value of around $15 for the class and getting... More

For 15 usd you get market tour followed by a lesson on how to cook a traditional Cambodian dish of your choice. The market tour was interesting but brief and very busy making it hard to hear the guide. We were able to choose a starter and main to learn to cook from an extensive list. We prepared the starter... 7 on the class. Given their menu and asked to choose one starter and a main to cook. We had visit to nearby market first whilst the cookery school prepared what we needed for our dishes. Great young woman managed all of us very well despite lots of different dishes. excellent value. Sat in restaurant downstairs with others after and... More

Based on reviews I had tried to book 2 other classes first but as both had no other bookings it was going to be far too expensive to do them so I ended up with this. However it was great - the lady running it was excellent. We had 8 people, including 3 kids but she juggled us all beautifully... More

I popped by to enquire about the 1pm class and instead went straight into the 10am class that was starting immediately. I chose the starter and main course that I wanted to prepare and we then followed the chef through the food market to get a couple of ingredients. Most of what we needed was already prepared for us so... More

Our family took the cooking class at Le Tigre de Papier and really enjoyed it. Our instructor met us at about 10 am and then we went shopping with her in the markets to find the ingredients for the dishes we had selected to prepare. The dishes included papaya salad, spring rolls, tom yam soup, and a spicy shrimp salad.... More

We ended up booking in on a quiet night- it was just my husband and I but still a very fun experience. We did the $15 class and each got to pick a starter (fresh spring rolls and green mango salad), a main (fish amok and chicken vegetable fried noodle) and dessert (sticky mango rice). The chef was very informative... More

This is great way to spend a spare few hours. Did the $15 class and cooked a starter, main meal and a dessert to share. Very easy to follow steps and just great fun.

After a quick 10-15 minute market tour, we headed to the kitchen to chop, chop, chop. The amazing thing about this class was that our instructor allowed all four of us to make different salads and entrees, so that at the end, we were able to taste eight different dishes. While we would have liked to spend more time at... More

The overall experience and food was good and it definitely is a nice way to spend a few hours doing something a little different, especially if you have been looking at temples for two days straight. The negative aspect and reason for the deduction was, that they advertised a 1hr tour around the market which ended up being about 10... More
