This review marks my fifth trip to Angkor Archeological Park, the first being back in 2005. I literally dream about this place. If there is any place on the planet that everyone should see before they die, then in my opinion, this is that place. (On the other hand, the more crowded it becomes the less appealing it will become... More

This is one of the most wonderful places in the world but all you get for your overpriced ticket is permission to walk around. There are no facilities at all. If the money was spent on restoration or facilities I would rave about this place but all you are paying for is corruption.

It's a must see in a lifetime. The reviews cover everything. Get the 3 day pass. See the sun rise or sunset. Get a tuk tuk to take you to all the ruins. I did a ams tour of the 4 main ones 1 day and 2nd day did thr lesser known ones. Super busy with tourists.

This archaeological park is a UNESCO World Heritage site; consisting of the iconic and world famous Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom/Tha Phrom, Bayon , the terrace and several other beautiful and spectacular temples in this park. It would require about 3 days to get a good view of the temples in this park. There are specific, individual reviews in TA for... More

Making the trip to Siem Reap takes some effort so it's great to report that it's very worthwhile if you have an appreciation of history. The sheer scale of what was built over 800 years ago is remarkable. Highly recommended
