Set in a series of attractive pavilions linked by charming garden, Theam's House is a visual feast. Part gallery, part studio, part workshop and retail shop this gives you an opportunity to discover quality Cambodian arts and crafts. Almost impossible to leave without buying something. If your driver does not know where it is, use Google maps.

Very interesting house and very good artwork. Mr. Theam's story is also interesting. It is a nice place for souvenir shopping but the prices are quite high. We ended up buying 3-4 items but when we were paying for our purchase, I was shocked when they asked for USD1 for the small bottle of water we had !!!

A very good initiative of the artist. The staff was very polite and gave nice information about the project. I bought some nice gifts. The ceramic Elephants are so nice!

Traditionally bases art, materials, and methods but with originality of design. Much. Better quality and design than you will find at the markets and higher prices as expected. Go here if you are looking for a special piece. You can also find some very reasonably priced smaller items.

One of our highlights in Siem Reap. The beautifully executed gallery and grounds showcase a well curated and informative time capsule of traditional Cambodian decorative art from Theam's private collection. His own contemporary paintings hang in the galleries, as well as his own range of decorative accessories available for purchase. Definitely a must see when visiting Siem Reap.

This place is a long way out so take a Tuk Tuk, there was a lot to see and the items are cheaper than Artisans Angkor although I don't think the quality is as good.

Nice place, rushed through by the girls explaining the place didn't get a chance to have a good look at the items on display. Items for sale expensive.

It is an amazing mix of museum, shop, workshop, and home. I had a hard time not buying everything. The home itself is well decorated, and the guides are very knowledgeable about how Mr. Theam combines traditional Cambodian art with contemporary design ideas. I wish I'd had more time to spend on the grounds. I'd definitely go back!

I have heard of this place for many years but I have never visited the shop near Shinta Mani or the workshop. Was looking for an simple but elegant gift and was charmed by the legendary colourful elephant, simple design, affordable and looking flashy. More to see of course, but had a crush with those elephants :-)
