It is an amazing mix of museum, shop, workshop, and home. I had a hard time not buying everything. The home itself is well decorated, and the guides are very knowledgeable about how Mr. Theam combines traditional Cambodian art with contemporary design ideas. I wish I'd had more time to spend on the grounds. I'd definitely go back!

I have heard of this place for many years but I have never visited the shop near Shinta Mani or the workshop. Was looking for an simple but elegant gift and was charmed by the legendary colourful elephant, simple design, affordable and looking flashy. More to see of course, but had a crush with those elephants :-)

This beautifully presented gallery and shop stood out from the 10 other stores we went hunting for sculptures in. Such a pleasure with items laid out well makes deciding so much easier.

This is very different than a regular tourist trap art store. When you arrive, the atmosphere and decor will blow you away. Theam's House really is an oasis in the city. Take the time to explore the artist's personal collection of Cambodian art and enjoy a drink in the courtyard. The workshop itself is incredible. You will find art for... More

This place is really a treasure. Behind the court yard walls you will find a beautifully balanced garden with its buildings. Very inspiring to be here and heartwarming to hear Theam (the creator/artist) talk about his work and life. If I was able I would have bought everything in the store of Theam's house because of their beauty(with a touch... More

A spin-off of the better established Angkor Craft shop .. can't remember the name. This shop is beautiful to visit just for the atmosphere.

On a previous trip to Siem Reap, I purchased some items from Theam's range within their store at FCC. This trip, a group of us jumped in a Tuk Tuk out to their location and loved it! After a quick tour & intro, we made some purchases from the shop & had we not been in a rush on the... More

An interesting tuk tuk ride (from our hotel - Sofitel) bringing us through the back alleyways before we arrived at the impressive Theam's House! 10/10 WOW factor once you step into the house/atelier/shop! We were fortunate to meet Maddy, the manager there. She was very informative and showed us through all the lovely artwork. There are arrays of beautifully crafted... More

Theam's house is the house-atelier-shop of Cambodian artist Theam. I was very enthusiastic of visiting it and buying a lacquered elephant. His pop twist on contemporary cambodian handicrafts is just my kind of thing, so much that I ended up buying the elephant and a painting! I couldn't help it. The place opens at 8:00 and I was there at... More
