I often go and visit the newest boutique shopping lane in Siem Reap in Hup Guan Street, Louise Loubatieres shop always has something new and interesting to offer and wish i can buy all the items inside! I have been recommending it to many of my friends and they have not been disappointed. Shopping in Siem Reap can be quite... More

We visited this shop the other day and came away with several of the lacquered coconut bowls. I wanted one in every colour and had to restrain myself - although they are very reasonably priced. There are many beautiful and useful items in the shop - the photos on this listing show them well. Louise has a fabulous colour sense.... More

Louise goes to great trouble to source unusual objects and makes her own jewellery which is very wearable and at good prices. We were recommended to visit the shop and my friend visited the previous day and was delighted with her purchases and now I have also been thrilled with a lovely aquamarine and silver bracelet $20 and a string... Louise's carefully curated collection of housewares and textiles makes it difficult to decide what you can fit into your suitcase to take back! But what made this store stand out was Louise's friendly manner and travel advice! She obviously loves Cambodia and kindly shared restaurant recs from a local that we used that day. She also shared with us about... More

Louise's shop offers interesting and unique gifts, personally selected from SE Asia. We hope, on our next visit, she has more space because her eye for interesting and quality pieces is quite sharp. Kandal Market area has upper scale shops but it is still in the early stages of becoming a go to destination for discerning shoppers.

We went to the shop following our hotel concierge advice and we were very happy with the place, the items we bought and the attention we received from the owner Louise. It is a really nice little shop!

Went in here after seeing the recommendations on here and were not disappointed! We purchased a gorgeous cotton blanket to take home. It was hard to walk out with only one item! The whole Kandal Village area is a must see!

Louise, like her shop is the epitome of style. Everything beautifully presented. Fragile purchases carefully wrapped for bringing home. Explanation of the design on my purchase. Whenever I look at my oil burner I will be reminded of Louise's lovely shop in Kandal Village. Louise offered suggestions for dining options in the Village. A lovely quiet part of SR and... More

We decided to visit this shop from reviews on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. Louise's shop has a mix of items, including scarfs, lacquer ware, jewellery and blankets. The prices are all reasonable, and you can find many items ranging from $20 to $40. I am very pleased with my lacquer ware purchase. Credit and debit card facilities are... More

This shop has contemporary interior design items from blankets, scarves to homewares produced in cambodia but with modern fashionable colours. We purchased scarves, throws and some chic laquered trays. The shops in the surrounding street are collectively marketing themselves and if you would like a contrast to the more traditional designs at for example the angkor artisans market this is... More
