This is an amazing place - the temple is absolutely outstanding and in great condition. Try and see it when it is a bit quieter so you can enjoy the ambience and significance of these ruins in the middle of the Khmer empire.

This temple is near the forest where many monkeys live. This was one of the few places I saw the monkeys. What was really nice is there are still some large statues inside the temple. Many of the temples have had them removed to museums. They are currently working on renovating or rebuilding parts of this place so you can... More

This is a site that travelers should not miss in Siem Reap. The huge wall faces was spectacular and gave a spiritual vibe even to non-Hindu and Buddhist like myself. It's great that they were able to preserve this world heritage site because the new generation can appreciate its splendor.

This temple was fantastic we visited all the main temples in Angkor and they were all amazing. We had a guide whose knowledge was unbelievable and he told us so many interesting facts about this wonderful area. Lots of brilliant photo opportunities here again. Gets very busy as do all of the most popular temples.

This was my favourite temple at the Angkor complex. The stone heads are so impressive because of their detail and size! Can hardly imagine how they must've built it.

We just loved this temple! It's so impressive and also a fair bit quieter than some of the other temples so it was nicer to roam around. A must-visit!

What a magnificent temple, with it's four face Buddha towers, all 54 of them apparently, I didn't count them. I found this temple mesmerising as where ever you looked the Buddha smiling faces seemed to be looking right back at you. You could spend all day taking pictures from various angles and different positions within the temple and walk away... More

Bayon Temple is remarkable... it's hard to believe how long these temples have been around. This being said, it's a busy attraction. Bring sufficient water and sunscreen to prevent heat stroke.

Some of the most impressive and extend temple complex. The figures and the surroundings are gorgeous. The only down part, just in my personal opinion, they offer some elephant rides, but they have injuries and look so sad....personally , they are beautiful but not well maintained. I didn´t want to promote the poor elephants to be hurt
