Firstly don’t believe the negative reviews this trip was great.
Picked up from our hotel in a lovely air con minibus and stopped off at a lotus flower factory which was unexpected. Showing how they extract all items of the lotus flower from drink to...More
We were picked up promptly by minibus on the morning of our tour. I'd only booked it at the very last minute the previous evening, for the two of us, so that was pretty good. There were only 4 in total on this particular 4+...More
I was collected from my hotel by an English speaking guide. The river trip and the flooded forest journey were both relaxing and enjoyable. It was as I expected - professionally conducted with friendly and helpful staff. Thanks

We weren’t quite sure what to expect on this trip, and it turned out to be excellent. Our guide was great (although repeatedly calling the one solo traveller “Mr Lonely” made everyone awkward. Especially Mr Lonely).

HI Macs 24,Thank you for your inquiry, its funny but people either love it or they hate it:) for me i think its awesome the first time i seen a floating village was at chong khneas, its an interesting trip,i think most people heading out there tend to go by tuk tuk and than they have to hire a boat off the check point people, also lots of scams out there but we have our own boats and guides that do not expose our customers to any scams..the water level is coming up slowly now so thats all good also,we have a facebook page at tarariverboat for up to date info:) cheers Peter
