Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located between the Bayon and the Baphoun temples, the small temple with open sides has a seated statue of Buddha covered by a simple canopy. It is great for a short photo stop while visiting the temples in Angkor Thom.

Wat Preah Ngok is a small open Buddha temple. While proceeding from Bayon temple to Baphuon or viceversa, one will cross this temple. Saw people offering prayers here lighting Incense Sticks.

It is situated just outside the Bayon temple . Nothing much to see apart from Buddha under a canopy. Just take a photo, no need to go up.

This is a small shrine in Angkor Thom between the Bayon and the Baphuon temples and appears to be much more recent than the original city since it is made of perishable materials and still survives.

The shrine is just a Buddha image under a roof and is worth a short stop while visiting Angkor Thom.

The statue is located across the street from Bayon temple on the way to the other sights.

My suggestion is that you stop and take a picture but DO NOT get a "blessing". This was my second experience with this and I learned my lesson after this one. These are obviously Buddhist monks that stay in front to pray with you. I went along with it but when I went to the side to receive my string and give a donation three other people ran up asking for donations as well. This was very upsetting, but I gave them something each.

Don't get fooled like I was. There are usually four or five people sitting around from other pictures I have seen. Get your picture of this large statue and move along.
