It is nice to have a walk and learn about the many tree species (and really old trees are there that provide a special atmosphere), but traffic is close by so that recreation potentials are a bit limited.

Nice enough park jammed between street and hillside. What sets it apart is great variety of innovative toys for 1-8 year olds. Also has restolounge for adults while kids are playing. Backs up to Cerro Caracol, a city park up a hill so no problem...More

Much of the park has playgrounds for children. There are lots of benches to sit on and grass to lay in. There are large trees that provide shade.
