Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After leaving the monument, we just strolled along the waterfront for what seemed like a mile. We were fortunate enough to have had a really nice day with sunny skies and a light breeze. A beautiful place to just enjoy!!

Interesting monument on the waterfront, strolling back to the port. A few photos and it started to rain, so couldn't quite take it all in. Rushed into the little Artisan cafe nearby for some warming hot chocalate/mocha-chino.

This monument located on the boardwalk along the sea in Punta Arenas is unique with a mix of concrete and bronze figures. Certainly worth stopping to take a closer look of the fineness of this monument and clicking some pics.

Along the waterfront, you find this large distinctive monument. It’s a great photo opportunity with the backdrop of the harbor. The feral dogs that roam Punta Arenas also like to hang out at this structure.

Cold and windy might have dampened my spirits but it’s kind of stark and glorifying conquest. But I could be wrong. It took some tough folks to colonize and prosper in this southernmost city.

An interesting piece of sculpture though \I am not sure what it all means! However it is there just at the water front and makes an interesting sight to spend few minutes at

I came upon this monument while beach combing along the Straight of Magellan. As it happens a group of locals were doing some folk dancing at the base of the statue to the accompaniment of local musicians. The statue itself is striking and the dancers made the entire scene unforgettable.
