We really enjoyed our visit to see the Magellanic Penguins but we thought an hour was not long enough to spend there. You also visit a seal colony but we would have preferred to miss this as you can't get close to the seals anyway...More

I was introduced to this company by another tour agent near the Plaza de Armas in the town and booked the tour to Isla Magdalena to see the Magellanic penguin. They are the main people who run this popular tour and others. They open on...More

I was hesitant after some of the negative reviews. However, the guides and drivers were super professional. I was bummed because most of the penguins were burrowing under ground to lay on their eggs. Next month should be a sight to see with all of...More

As per the companies instructions we met at their office at 645am, paid for the tour then ($100 us per person) and left shortly after on a bus. The boat docks just outside of town maybe 10-15 mins away. You then load up on their...More

We joined this tour to Isla Magdalena to see the penguin colony. The boat had several of us and left from a far away dock, but they provided a bus to and from the office downtown, which is in a very convenient location. Luckily on...More

This place is the worst. I steal my time. I have received a compulsive email from the travel agency to visit Penguin Island. I did not have much time and I came here to give up Fitzroy Tracking. However, these people said that they should...More

Sir Many times its not the wind speed but the wind direction that doesnt allowed the arrive to the island. For us is not pleasent suspend the tour, but we do it for the safety of our clients. Our company doesnt apologize for that.

for the big ice trip it is a morning thing, so you need to be in Puerto Natales. for the small ice hike, you may be able to do that in the afternoon.
