Historical and pleasant to visit. Since my root is Shantou, this made it even more interesting and worthwhile to visit.

You can take bus from town to Haibin road, it's easy to locate, free entry. Well maintain, it's a round wall with small water canal, just spend half an hour there.

To me, this is a place on top of visiting Haibin Road of Shantou. Pleasing environment with richness in heritage of Shantou, dated back to Qing Dynasty.

Some nice backdrop if you are into photography. No entrance fees to visit. Will recommend to visit in the early morning or during sunset. Otherwise can be really warm.
