Bus No. 11 goes to Queshi Scenic Resort. The bus route passes through Queshi Bridge as well which gives a nice view of Shantou harbour. This town allows you to slow down your pace. You can also take the cable car to the top for a better view. There are also small amusement parks around but they don't seems to be operating.

Also, Shantou can get very hot, so try and visit in the morning during summer, and also avoid this place during national holidays as... More

The Queshi Scenic Resort is not far from Shantou center. You can take a public bus there(RMB $2) and alight at the bus stop with the same name. Walk to the right hand side and turn left into the small road leading to the ticket office .If you want to take the cable car up the hill ,I suggest you... More
