They are in 2 different areas of Harbin. We did the snow sculptures in the morning and the ice sculptures in the evening. We spent 3 hours at the snow sculptures. There is coffee shop there so you can warm up. We had the... More

We put a heat packet on the back of the phone to keep it warm. It may not work if too cold.

It’s not fully open before January but you will be able to see most on your planned December 31 visit. I went before opening. It wasn’t all complete but you get the feel of it and you get to experience it.
