We visited the place in early April. Though we could not find many Sakura but we found the place calm and relaxing. The small lake, though artificial, is quite calm and beautiful.

I was part of a foreign tour group who believed this place would offer a uniquely spectacular site for viewing of cherry blossoms around late March this year. I was very wrong indeed.
