It is worth coming here if you are visiting the Lushun Prison. You can get nice views at the top. It is not a must see attraction though.

I'm just writing this to spread the word that you cannot climb the tower anymore. I asked multiple people and they said it had been closed for 2 years now. That said the view is still not bad and there's a neat, dangerous looking lift...More

OK place - you got to see something in Dalian so might as well go up there. Street food being cooked around there if you can stand the smells and trust where the food comes from. We did not eat it. Navy ships on display...More
