It took my quite a time to walk over the area. As all building are private houses you cannot enter property to take pictures and taking pics over a 2m high fence in not fun. On average its a good historic place to see old...More

Definitely a must if you are coming to Qingdao. Along with most of what's on trip advisor's app, apart from the beer city. That's only in the summer of August. Badaguan is like a small zone of the city, easy to get to with 1...More

BaDaGuan scenic area is an idea for walking, we visit in winter time so the weather is too cold for walk then we haven't walk that much but there should be very nice area for walking in Autumn or in a good clear sky day....More

Go to the little castle where General Zhang and his lovely wife stayed and take a walk from there. Recommended.
