It was a really nice place to take a walk and beside the pier was a nice beach! It was a bit crowded there but you still had time to stop and enjoy the view.

One of the landmark of Qingdao, very nice place to go and easy to find the pier. I been there this morning, however is under renovation. Suitable for slow walk with Senior and Child.

Well-worth a visit, there is a shallow and rocky area next to the pier where many people catch crabs and shellfish. The building itself is not that magnificent but the locals love to take pictures of it.

It's a good spot to see Qingdao from the seaside. But it is very crowded on shiny days, so be prepared. Good walk, good views. Loved it at night expecially.

We hired a taxi to the bridge and it was less than $20 from CBD area. The bridge was a long board walk leading to a pagoda. The best part of this visit is that you can view the old and new parts of Qingdao...More

Excellent historical tour of the history and building of Qingdao. Beer is excellent and there are many great seafood restaurants close by.
