Steep price to visit. If you take a cablecar up, there are 3 tic to purchase. Hengshan is not v popular in comparison with Hanging monastery. Not many people swing by. We got into a bout of rain and hail bits up in the mountain....More

Bring good shoes and walk up!! the cable cars were out of service when I was there, and now I'm so glad it was. Walking up Heng mountain is absolutely amazing and with the most gorgeous views all the way up to the temples :)
