Sophia was a delight. She was an excellent guide in trying to make the day not only Informative but also fun. She and the driver, Mr. Wu, took very good care of me through a very long (because of traffic) day. I would highly recommend this tour to get the very best of Chengdu if you only have a day to spend in the city.

We visited here as part of our escorted China Tour. It was really great. The pandas were easily visible and all seemed happy in their environment. Well worth a visit.

Loved our cooking lesson, so much fun made all the better by the the lovely April, what a treasure she was, so many laughs had and now my husband can cook Kung Pao Chicken and make Panda cakes! The tour of the Museum is also very interesting. All in all a fabulous activity, highly, highly recommended if you are in Chengdu.

We got a taxi from our apartment and arrived at 07:30 as they opened the gates to the public.and we made our way to the pandas who were being feed with newly cut bamboo. In total we saw about 50 pandas and incredible experience. After they eat apparently they go to sleep, you need to go early to get the best experience. You can buy panda toys in town much cheaper than the shop there. We found some panda T shirts at one of the airport shops there are none at the Panda Research Base.

What an incredible Place these artifacts date back 2000BC from pottery to Jade Sculptures. One of the interesting aspects is the collection of masks and the divine tress - fascinating. Well worth the time to visit.
