Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went to a day trip to a Rosario Island. The Muelle de la Bodeguita is not an organized place, they told us to arrive at 8:20 am, but we had to wait for more than an hour. Our boat was full and it wasn’t safe as we could see with our own eyes. When we were returning to Cartagena it went out of gasoline and they had to open the access to the tanks and we could see that there wasn’t a lid covering the gasoline tank. They changed the pipe from one tank to the other and covered with a cloth!!! After that they done a jump start on the engine!!! I could see myself facing God!!! The name of the boat was Alfa45, run away from it!! Inquire about the boat condition before you buy your day trip.

Closest the old town, this busy waterside promenade is very very busying the mornings, mostly with boots touting tours to the Rosario Islands.
It's quieter once those morning tiurs have departed and while its a nice walk, its nothing I'd go out of my way to do.

Our tour with the City Sightseeing HOHO bus followed the marina La Bodeguita and ended in front of El Torre del Reloj . There is a nice promenade along the marina and it is possible to take cruises , go to a restaurant or simply sail with your private yacht . There are also replicas of old vessels and many public art works

This was a wonderful experience. There were 16 stops and I could get off on all or none or any of them. The guides (2) were informative and gave a lot of information about the whole city. The Old Walled City was beautiful, the architecture and shops. The new part of the city was interesting with all of the street vendors, shops and casinos.

This is a nice promenade in Manga neighbourhood. We arrived walking from Castillo de San Felipe, and it was an interesting experience to see a different part of Cartagena, less touristic and more clean.

This is qy=uite an interesting g=harbour area with some old shiops moored along the dock and a number of more modern vessels using the area,. There are excellent views across the harbour to the hign rise of Bocagrande and Castillogrande.

Pesimo offer one thing and give another. In addition, because of the lack of coordination, many drawbacks arise and everyone says that it is someone else’s fault but nobody solves, they have no responsibility. Never go to white beach for a lousy idea.

Muelle La Bodegiuida is located on Av. Blas de Lezo, El Centro, Cartagena de Indias, in Bolívar in Colombia, it is a type of marina, where tourists or visitors embark for tours and travel to the islands, the place has good infrastructure , with chairs, bathrooms, snack bar, craft stalls and tour agencies, which offer much more affordable prices than those charged by tourist agencies in the city center.
We went to the place to board the boat, which took us to Isla Bela, which draws attention to the Marina's concern about safety, as they require vests for everyone and we were stopped twice at sea, to see if the crew, the boat and the documentation, were regular.
The negative point is that although there are a large number of employees on site, the disorganization in the boarding queues is quite evident and there is a total disregard for priorities.

The treatment received at pier number 1 was an absolute shame. We had booked a trip to Isla Múcura with the hotel we were staying at. When we arrived at the dock and tried to pay the entrance fee (23 thousand pesos) with a card, they told us that the payment was not recorded for them, even though it was in the application for us. They assured us that if we paid in cash they would reject the charge at the bank and that if it was still charged, they would return the money in cash upon our return.
Finally they charged us twice and gave us nothing back. After trying to speak personally with the supervisor, Eliana, she did not deign to receive us either. Even so, we will continue trying to claim the amount owed, a complicated aspect since they do not even answer the phone.
You really can't say that they take care of their business or tourism.

Muchas gracias!!!
