Worth a quick stop if you have time. The museum focuses on Latin American artists and boast an array of works by several known artists. Could use some A/C inside if the plan is to enjoy some art while escaping the heat!

Great permanent collection on exhibit, and we saw a couple of excellent temporary exhibitions when we visited. Very much worth a visit despite the lack of air conditioning ;-)

This place was closed on May 14, 2017. We had no access, probably due to Mother's Day Celebration? Not sure the streets were empty

While this is a small museum it has some great pieces that are connected to Colombia. Worth the visit for the minimal entrance fee. We lucked out and met the artist of one of the exhibits!

If you are in the Plaza San Pedro Claver, do pop into this modern art museum. It is interesting to see examples of the local talent. It costs 8000COP and will only take about 20 minutes.

This museum is right in front of the San Pedro Claver church. In the plaza in front are a series of metal sculptures of life in and around Cartagena. The museum is interesting too, the building is classic old brick construction and the art is...More

We never did get inside the museum--intended to return but never got around to it. We did, however, browse the small but excellent museum store that you can enter from the sidewalk and I am reviewing it for shoppers who may be tired of the...More
