Really cool place to visit. Our kid loved wandering the tunnels through the castle. But the audio guide we rented was super fluke, and kept coming in and out. Also, with 32 stopping points, many in the hot sun, the theatrical elements of the audio...More

UNESCO site place. If you want great views of Cartagena you must visit this place. It is an easy walk to the top. Sadly the tourist guides are extremely annoying. They scream and shout. The besr time to go is around 4pm when the sun...More

Great building/castle that is a must see if you visit Cartagena. Great view of the city as well. Can be very crowded at times. Check this before you go.

We came here with 3 children and this was an absolute must to do in Cartagena. Views of the city from the fort are amazing. There are a ton of little shortcut tunnels that kids loved to explore and at the top there was a...More

I visited on a particularly hot day with a tour guide. The walk to the top and thru tunnel was very warm and humid, but worth the history lesson.

This is a very well preserved castle, you can take a tour, try to skip midday as it can get pretty hot and humid and climbing gets hard for some people. The views are awesome, the tour is complete and the castle is pretty good.

It will depend on the kind of disability. If you can walk up hill slowly, you will get to the most interesting site, with good views of the city. You will probably miss the tunnels, which are not so great anyway. The view... More
