Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

the hike up takes a bit of time but is not complex. Make sure to spend time viewing in day lights but the best part is to descend when the city lights come on and the hills appear alive.

The place is just amazing with the best landscape of the city. Please dont be get scared by locals saying it is dangerous (you have to get a bus from Parque Bostón direction to Villa Tina Ecoparque La Tinaja) since you have to cross a poor neighborhood. People are friendly, you will find police on top and almost to gringos at all. The view IS THE VIEW, just breathtaking. The walk from Ecoparque La Tinaje to Pan de Azucar consist of almost 2.500 steps so you must be in good health conditions. Is recommended to climb in the morning or at 3;00pm to avoid the hot sun.
