Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Years ago this location was frequented by the elite Colombians. Today, unfortunately the area is dirty and at night time you can see girls walking trying to pick up a guy. The restaurants and bars are over priced in the perimeter of the park. Certainly not worth your time or money. There are nicer and safer places to visit in Medellin.

Parque El Poblado is interesting for its history and charm. Iglesia Santa Ana is worth visiting and there are good restaurants on the square and close.I think a visit to Pergamino Cafe is a must.

Parque El Poblado, in the heart of the namesake Poblado neighborhood, is full of trees, color, and character. It’s the perfect size as a community park and gathering place. The area around the park is highly pedestrianized. Several restaurants, bars, and shops are in and around, and I always felt safe while there.

There is lots going on around the park but not the most to do within its perimeters. The park is a little unclean is seemingly run by pigeons. Despite this it is a nice green space in order to relax and enjoy views of its huge trees!

The park itself is cool, it’s a pretty park, but it’s more about the neighborhood. It’s super beautiful day and night with tons of people walking the vibrant streets. Definitely must visit. There was a market when we went to the park.

In the midst of the bustling city scape and busy streets with so much traffic, you will find many beautiful, restful small parks to rest and enjoy..like Parque Poblado. Poblado is among the highest class barrios in Medellin, with an abundance of fine stores and huge 5 story shopping centers (Santa Fe Mall has 450 stores !).
You'll find Parque Poblado clean, fresh and beautiful, with lost of benches and steps to sit down, relax and people watch. Oftentimes, there are two rows of artisans and vendors under tents along the Avenida Poblado (front) side of the the park,
And of course at Christmas time, like thh city does for all the parks, they hang beautiful lighted Christmas symbols and decorations from the trees and also implanted in the grounds around the park. Such is always delightful to see every December.

Beautifully illuminated for the holidays, come at night then move on to Parque Lleras.Theres a nice church across the street. It’s surrounded by very busy streets with awful traffic so it’s not peaceful.

I was lucky to be in Medellín while they had an artesanal market in the Parque el Poblado :) The park itself is cute. It's a nice place to sit down, relax, and check the locals out.

This park is up the hill from Poblado's Metro station. Walk up the hill to burn off some calories and stretch your legs, then reward yourself with an inexpensive ice cream cone at one of the shops on either side of the street. The park is on the main thoroughfare, Carrera 43A, and across the street from the large cathedral. Every cabbie knows where it is. It is open and safe, and a great meet up location, as it is just a few blocks down form Parque Lleras. Very safe, as there is a small police station in the park.
