Dance Free is my favorite place for Spanish-English language exchanges and dance classes. They have amazing teachers and staff who are super friendly and energetic. The language exchanges are so much fun! I love that I get to meet people from different parts of the world. Their Salsa and Bachata dance classes are the best. I’ve learned so many cool moves! Thank you so much Dance Free!!

Dancefree is an absolutely amazing place. I visited Dancefree two years ago and can hardly wait to return. Now I am so happy to learn they offer free dance lessons, language lessons and language exchange chats on line. Wow! Do not be mislead by the label "basic" on salsa, bachata, kizomba, reggaeton. The classes start with amazing warmup (love it) review some basic with emphasis on some element or technique, such as arms, hip, shoulders, then followed by a pattern. It is for every level in my opinion. Also is an amazing way to exercise especially in times like this. The icing on the cake is super professional and super friendly staff. Every time I join Dancefree my spirit is through the roof. Love you Dancefree!!!

The language exchange is a convenient way to learn/maintain your English or Spanish on Zoom. Quite a few people attend, but they break into small groups for easier conversation. The hosts Helena and Luisa are very nice and make the experience fun with creative and challenging activities. Check out their Youtube channel to get an idea of what it's like. Chao

While I haven't yet taken advantage of the dance courses, I enjoy the language exchange meetings (Spanish-English) from DanceFree. For the early evening meetings, the organizers have various possible discussion questions, and between breakout room sessions, there are songs featured in English and Spanish, and brief activities to practice the languages together. It's fun to welcome new members and see "old friends". Helena and Luisa and the other organizers do a good job welcoming participants. You get to practice your target language a little (a few English native speakers usually attend) and enjoy the two hours with the group!
