This island is one of the most special ones in Galapagos. You can take a day tour from Santa Cruz Island or check the cruise itinerary to visit this island. The first visit is to the summit, although is a little tiring with many stairs,...More

This is where you go to get that iconic picture of the Galapagos landscape---pinnacle rock and the beautiful bay below. You do have to earn it though--about 364 steps, give or take. However, the payoff is immense. Along the way, while your on Mother Nature's...More

When planning your trip to the remarkable Galapagos, don’t pass up an opportunity to get to Bartolome. While it can be a bit expensive to get there, it is one of the most remote and beautiful locations I’ve ever seen. It is the iconic image...More

I took a day tour here and the views were just incredible!! So picture perfect. Not much in the way of wildlife via snorkeling however but this place is for the hike and the view, not for marine life.

Visited on our cruise itinerary, climb to top not that challenging, plenty of observation/ resting spots. Worth it for view of pinnacle rock at the top and photo opportunity. We then snorkelled round the point and were joined by half a dozen Penguins, darting amongst...More

We booked a day trip with Nature Galapagos & Ecuador tour company around 4 to 5 weeks before our trip on-line. The tour guide was awesome, super knowledgeable and friendly. This is an absolute classic must-see if you go to the Galápagos. The views are...More

I took a day trip from Santa Cruz to Isla Bartolome. I knew before I ever left the United States that this island demanded me to climb 350 steps up to the top. I went to the gym and worked out on the stair stepper...More

We were there end of December to end of January but I’m sure February won’t be much different. Weather was awesome! Nice and warm in the 80s. We were there 10 days and not a drop of rain. I think we had maybe 2 overcast... More
