Galapagos Shark Diving is THE BEST company in the world! My husband and I were so lucky to spend our honeymoon diving for two weeks with Jenny and Jonathan! I never thought I could cry underwater, well, I did, while seeing my first whale shark enter the scene.
My dream is to come back and dive with this incredible company again! I would recommend them to everyone who wants to get the best experience of their lifetime!

We had a wonderful time diving with Galapagos Shark Diving. The trip was excellent and the shark scientists onboard were wonderful, providing informative lectures. We would highly recommend anyone looking to dive in the Galapagos to go with Galapagos Shark Diving!

I dived with Galapagos Shark Diving in Cocos Island, and found their service thoughtful, detailed, and very helpful. Jenny Waack runs the operation with a great deal of charm, dedication, and organisation, and clearly cares enormously about both the natural world and her clients

Did the 15 day. 4 full days on Darwin, 3 on Wolf plus land visits so you not only see the sea life. Excellent leadership and guiding. We always saw something interesting. More sharks than I could count. Schools of Manta, Mobula, spotted eagle rays and marble rays. . Night dives. Marine iguanas. Penguins. Mola Alexandrini, schools of hammers and Galapagos sharks. Silky's by the dozen. Sea lions and seals. Dolphins...tuna...everyday was exciting and different.

I have just returned from a trip to Cocos Island with Galapagos Shark Diving and it was a trip of a lifetime!
Jenny was there for me every step of the way, from helping me plan my trip from the U.K. to being by my side on every dive to ensure that I had the best experience possible - which I most certainly did. You don’t just book and not hear again from them, you can ask as many questions as you like and you can tell the passion she has for diving with amazing sea life from her warm and friendly responses.
Galapagos Shark Diving are knowledgeable, professional, organised and above everything so welcoming.
I absolutely encourage you to book with them to Cocos or the Galapagos, you won’t regret it.
See you in 2024 for my next trip with you !

this was my best liveaboard trip in my life, after more than 1000 dives! so many thanks to Jenny and Jonathan, they know everything about Galapagos and all the animals under water and on land, so I learned so much! I would allways recommend the two weeks trip. we saw 15 times whale sharks, hammerheads, galapagos sharks, silkys, mola molas, sealions, marine iguanas, mantarays, eaglerays, hawksbill and green turtles, frogfish, longnosehawkfish, seahorses, diving cormorants and much more!!!

Did the 15 day trip. Amazing. The combination af marine and land was great. Saw, 8 different whale sharks - 4 full days on Darwin and 3 on Wolf is the best. We say vast schools of hammers and Galapagos sharks. scores of silky's. Schools of Manta, Mobula and Spotted Eagle rays. Mola Alexandrini. Plus the land trips let us see nursing sea lions, blue footed bobbies and flamingoes. Vampire finches on the panga tours. The night dives were great.

I’ve just returned from my 3rd year in a row of diving the Galapagos Islands with Galapagos Shark Diving . Why 3 years in a row? Because the diving is incredible and they are a major part of why that is. From the pre-dive planning and dive briefings all the way through the dives, you could tell they were on top of all the details. Of course, it helps to have a great location, but they are better than any other Galapagos operator at maximizing that experience. I have dived all over the world and on many liveaboards, so I can say this without reservation or hesitation.
Jenny and Jonathan have been traveling and diving these waters for a very long time. Their experience and knowledge is amazing and it has a huge impact on the quality of the trip. They are constantly working to insure that you have the best possible overall experience. They are always available to help and give advice and always with a smile and enthusiasm. Their energy is contagious.
My trips in 2020 and 2021 were the 8-day itinerary so this year I opted for the Special 15-day itinerary. Wow! This trip was beyond my wildest expectations. Not only did it allow a lot more diving, especially at Darwin and Wolf Islands, but it also included 6 different land tours at the most iconic locations. In addition we had panga tours, snorkeling and informative evening presentations mixed in.
The boat is the Pinguino Explorer (renamed to Aqua). It is not a luxury vessel but it is clean, safe and much more than adequate. The crew has been consistently excellent over my 3 years and this year was no exception. They were always eager to help with your gear, assisting in and out of the pangas, cooking and serving meals, cleaning the boat, doing anything for you that made you as comfortable as possible. I never once saw a crew member slack off or avoid work that needed to be done. Everyone raved about the food and they went out of their way to accommodate my special diet. The divemasters, Christian and Jesus, were rock solid.
If you’ve been wanting to dive in the Galapagos, don’t hesitate any further. What you will experience there is beyond anything I could possibly write and I can only say that it is simply incredible diving. I can also guarantee that your experience will be greatly enhanced by Galapagos Shark Diving and the Pinguino Explorer and its crew. You will rave about this trip for a very long time. I know I do.

We made the trip of our live!
It was absolute AMAZING!!
The crew was wonderful... The journey was amazing... All the guys with us were so nice and lovely!
We saw so many sharks and marine live... it was unbelievable!!
It was a great time for us and we would do the same trip again and again!

Can you see sharks if you are snorkeling and not diving? I’m coming in December with a 9-year old and a 10-year old and none of us have any scuba diving experience but the kids are obsessed with sharks and sea life.
