This is a relatively small dive shop, but it is considered by many locals to be the best dive operation on the island. I was traveling for a week on a National Geographic boat in the Galapagos Islands, and was looking to arrange a dive at Gordon Rocks. Claudia was responsive and helpful in all my e-mails before-hand, and when... More

Guide were very professional, they helped everyone put on the equipment, everyone get off and back on the boat, making life very easy for every one on board. My dive guide also took photos of me with the sharks without me even asking for them. So grateful. :) :) What an experience !!

I went on 4 dives with Scuba Iguana, I saw amazing things as was to be expected. The ride is as comfortable as you could hope for, the equipment is in good quality, the guides were experienced and put good briefing and safety first. I would strongly recommend this dive shop.

They are like the Walmart for scuba tours I'm Puerto Ayoro. They go to all day trip sites and have all the gear for rent and plenty of guides. Book in advance or as soon as you get on the island. Their trips fill up fast and you'll want to see all the dive sites that you've read about.

In fact we did not dive with Scuba Iguana, but researched diving in Puerto Ayora carefully and chose another operator on grounds of value. We wanted to do a couple of days diving in the Galapagos between other elements of our holiday in mainland Ecuador and a 7 night naturalist cruise in the islands. Because of the sometimes challenging diving... More

It is quite hidden, but somehow they are the most popular and well known dive Center in P.Ayora. They made sure that we are safe in Gordon rocks despite rough currents. Seymour was also really nice, the dives were also like 55-60 mins each. Friendly, experienced, competent staff. The boat was not my favourite though. For full house the boat... More

these guys are well organised. but the down side is that you need to let the manager know if the guides are cutting the dives short and not giving you the chance to see what there is there to explore. the equipment is great and the staff are friendly. the first dive is a bit of waste of time as... We had one day for a party of 5 to get a dive in, and Scuba Iguana was just 3 blocks from our B&B. The evening before, we got fitted with 7+ mil wetsuits (I recommend a hood in July) and fins. The next morning it was a ride to the the Baltra ferry terminal, where we got on a... More

Firstly, the staff here were all superb in organising the dives, equipment and transport. I went into the shop looking to dive North Seymour. I didn't have enough dives so they recommended another site called Punta Cormera (sp?). It worked out to be an amazing dive. Sharks, sea lions, rays and even a whale shark!
