- Curlypops1980Warrington, United Kingdom638 contributionsEscape from resort!A review by someone else states that this mall is not like those in Dubai. Possibly because it’s not in Dubai. It’s in Egypt. We go simply to escape from the resort for a few hours. We use the hotel taxis only as they always either wait for you or are always there at the pick up time agreed. The shops are a mix, some good, some of no interest to us. The restaurants on site are great & offer an alternative to all inclusive dining at the hotel. We usually go for 3 hours, have a look around & enjoy a meal & a coffee. The supermarket on site is great & we enjoy a wonder around looking at all the different foods. As a shopping destination my opinion is mixed, as something to do on an evening, it’s gets you out for a few hours. Definitely worth a visit if you want to get out the hotel without being hassled. We haven’t eaten in them, but there is a KFC & McDonald’s on site. The restaurants are clean & offer great food whilst friendly staff are happy to chat. Just go with an open mind & enjoy!Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 21 November 2023

You will need your passport and to buy liquor you will need to purchase within 48hours of arriving as they check the visa stamp on passport. 2 litres allowed per passport and there is a $13 extra tax on each litre added at the till. Best purchasing spirits on the flight over.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 27 December 2023
- jojoeSpilsby, United Kingdom4 contributionsMixed reviewSome nice shops with lovely staff, however many shops had very forceful staff which spoilt our visit as my kids were looking forward to exploring the shops independently but due to this pushy attitude they were unable to do this. There is however a really lovely and kind lady who sells her handmade jewellery. Not at all pushy and surprisingly honest which was really appreciated.Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 15 February 2024
- lexIstanbul, Türkiye2 contributionsA good mallQuick to get to with an user, bunch of nice shops for fashion and a few restaurants. Most shops have prices displayed, so no unpleasant surprises. There is a souk kind of wing also, and a whole room with ATMs. A big Spinneys (supermarket) is part of the mall as well covering all the bases.Visited March 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 17 March 2024
- ELIZABETH PLondon, United Kingdom95 contributionsLovely mall to wonder aroundVery nice mall! Hard Rock Cafe shop available in here - brilliant selection of pins, glass ware and shops! Lots of selections of western food (maccies, KFC, Chillies and ice cream/coffee places). Egyptian clothing brands and western options like timberlands. A Egyptian supermarket called Spinnys is in here and that was fun to have a wonder around.Visited April 2024Travelled with familyWritten 2 May 2024
- Claire MChorley, United Kingdom27 contributionsNice to have a change of scenery for a couple of hours.Nice to have a wander for a change of scenery from our hotel. Air conditioned facilities were nice and the shops were clean and well presented. No hassle to buy when in the shops but when exploring the “bazaar” section, the shop owners were very vocal in trying to get us to look inside their shops but avoiding eye contact and saying no thank you worked fine. We spent a couple of hours there in total and had a McDonald’s (because why not!), and the portion sizes were huge!Visited May 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 16 May 2024
- Titanic69Grantham, United Kingdom150 contributionsVery goodReally good selection of shops across budgets. Lots of sales for bargains. Souk market and coffee shops with places to eat as well. A good 4-5 hours with no hassle. Special mention to Floyd’s, great staff, excellent prices.Visited July 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 23 July 2024
- Katie S10 contributionsGreat place to shopWe really enjoyed our time shopping in the mall. It is extremely clean, the staff in the shops weren't pushy at all and the overall feel of the mall was very laid back and relaxing. We discovered our favourite cafe in Hurghada here - Johnson coffee. My husband has declared their flat white the best he's ever had!Visited September 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 17 September 2024
- Martin M34 contributionsNothing specialThe mall is nothing special with prices comparable to the UK with some exceptions. There are some western restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald's) and a couple of coffee places with good coffee but horrible cakes. There is a huge supermarket with a reasonable selection of goods and prices. You can definitely find a bargain there. It's worth visiting while you are in Hurghada.Visited September 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 25 September 2024
- MrslaterEdinburgh, United Kingdom328 contributionsHalf Way PointWe came here as it was the half way point between our hotel and our friends who happened to be in Hurghada at the same time as us. We went to have dinner but had a look around. What nobody told us was this place is dry and no alcohol is served 😂😂😂 so the meal in Chillies was interesting but it was great to catch up with my old school mat who lives at the opposite end of the country to meVisited September 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 28 September 2024

It's the only "real mall" in hurghada, so you don't really have a choice if you're looking for a place to satisfy your retail and grocery needs (there is a Spinneys there). During (and before and after) it's incredibly busy and there are absolutely laughable covid-19 measures in place. They only require you to wear a mask while walking in but there is no enforcement once inside it you choose to remove the mask. Also, the security seemingly don't like to call out Europeans for not wearing a mask.

You can have varies big fast food brands ie KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut.
I would recommend you to try an Egyptian restaurant opposite KFC called “Cordoba” they serve delicious food!
Another recommendation is Menswear/ kids wear shop named “Concrete” (Just next to the big supermarket). They sale good quality Egyptian cotton shirts and T shirts.

There are various shops in senzo. You have some small boutiques which are reasonably priced and also some big name shops. They took terronova away - not sure why as it was the best clothes shop there. The past few months they’ve had some artists painting there and the guys are really talented. Lots of fast food selections.. they are still building but I’m sure they will provide more cafes and fast food. They have a great kids area at the back by the bazaar which has lots of different machines to play with. They also have rides for kids, bumper cars and a play area at the back

A "new" mall still expanding and growing but really it's just like anywhere in a mid-sized town. It has the usual clothing and shoe stores, a kids store, a movie theatre showing both Arabic and US movies, and a giant supermarket selling everything from TV's to cheese. If you need your fast food fix it has a Mcdonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut.... and a Stone Cold creamery. The other restaurants are overpriced and average. So if you need some quick hot food from the deli, laundry detergent, some chips, pita bread, etc - go to Spinneys in the mall. The rest is just blehhhh....

Early morning drive into Mall, Mall not truly open. Language barrier. Staff that were open were ok, but the 1/2 mall wasn't really in business. It was an unorganized debacle. Can only say am very glad we had our car, as shuttle bus and mini bus stories are a night mare on here. Since Covid ===many left Cairo and migrated- there's a density that wasn't present in Hurghada before in addition to Cairo trash throwing in street behavior is on the uptick. Hurghada isn't the respectable quiet place it used to be.
There's something at Senzo mall thats only in Cairo, and of course Senzo. Will try again this month, fingers crossed not expecting much. It was such a mistake before and this is Covid19 mall ? You see they have to be forced to wear masks around Hurghada.

Really a nice center en European stile. We always find some quality cloches, but mostly for men, as the stile for woman is a little far from European 🤫
When you agree with the taxi for return, count at least a pair of hours to spend there.
In October 2020 there is a lot of new construction not finished, which seemes to make this center realy big.
You can find nearly everything there, and there is allso a big supermarked .

We hired a taxi for the 30 min journey from our hotel. We arrived about 10.30 just as the mall was coming to life. It is apparently open until 2am. There was a reasonable variety of shops, cafes and clean toilets. The shops are fixed price so haggling is not required which was a relief. Prices were reasonable and service was good. We came away pleased that we had visited and intend to go again but later in the afternoon when more people will be about.

Few years ago, this was the safest place to go for shopping or chill. There wasn't anybody who will want to rip u off your money or scum u, but these times are gone. First of all, they're not keeping prices on nowhere anymore cos they thing every tourist is unfamiliar with the money exchange. Second, in any shop u walk in, u are just the same for them, ,,money " and if u are pretty female ,,piece of meat". U will realise how much money u got overcharged when u check your banking. Shame on their country, cos the nature and everything else is stunning. The people doesn't know what to do with themselves anymore.

Me and my wife visited the mall a couple of days ago from reconditions from our hotel staff. We spent a few hours there and it was a nice break from the hotel, one thing to note, the branded shops are a lot more expensive compared to us locally in the UK, for example the converse shop was selling junior White converse trainers for £80- the same in the UK would be £45 so be careful.
We visited the supermarket inside and that was really good, it had a great selection of food, but also great value.
Overall a good trip out to kill a few hours.

There’s a large supermarket in the Senzo mall called Spinneys maybe they have oat milk
