Free diving Center, operative in Sharm El Sheikh since 2007, specialized in teaching and training free diving at any level, from beginners to athletes. Courses, lessons, training sessions, workshops, individual classes customized on student's abilities, needs and goals. Recreational free diving on coral reef with UW scooter. Featuring 3 training zones located in the bay, sheltered from winds and currents: for beginners (max depth 20m), for experienced free divers (max depth 40m), for athletes (floating platform with counter-ballast safety system, max depth 150m).

I had some problems with my equalisation, so I booked 4 privat sessions with Frederica. And WOW! If there is anybody able to take you to your next level, and make you feel safe, secure and truly understand the biomecanics of your submerged body whilst doing so, Frederica is the One Freediving instructor 💪 She is knowledgeable, understanding, and able to communicate in a way that makes understanding easy. And if you book through Reef Oasis Diving, they will give you free pick up at your hotel!! So you can find the accommodation that best suits you, and still enjoy the best freediving instructor I've yet to find.

Into the Blue with Only One Apnea

My friend Karan and I booked to do the SSI level 1 free diving course with Only One Apnea - what an amazing experience!! We were with them for 5 days and I wish we had had another week...or two! They have a great location at Domina Coral Bay, with access to the sea, a salt lake and a pool for practice. There is a jetty straight to their diving area, and we saw rays and lots of beautiful tropical fish. There's also a little bar right next door to their centre for drinks and snacks. Super professional but also great fun and such a good atmosphere!! I really enjoyed the breathing exercises Luca did with us at the beginning of each day - so relaxing you could really make the most of the diving. I can't wait to come back, GRAZIE MILLE, Marco, Luca and Kiara, for THE most awesome week!

Small cozy and friendly freediving club. I like their method: comfortable and relaxed dives. Professional instructors. They know where is my problem and what should I do to have a good result. Individual approach. I like this place and I'm going to have lessons there again. They have many things to teach me. I felt like I know these guys for years. Very friendly atmosphere :) Thank you for cheerful time and wonderful photos.
Prices are not too low, but the experience and knowledge worth it.
Guys, you're the best. Thank you.

I have been struggling with equalising techniques for deeper recreational dives and whilst on holiday in Sharm el Sheikh my instructor in the UK,Ian Donald of Freedive UK,recommended I spend some time with OnlyOne Apnea Center. From my initial enquiry to the end of my weeks visit Ciara,Gus and owner/operator Marco provided me the most positive,enjoyable and rewarding learning experience I could have expected and hoped for. Marco has an amazing ability to analyse very quickly the corrections to technique,body & mind awareness that are required and puts together a programme of learning that caters for the individuals needs. A strong emphasis on step by step learning helps you easily grasp what is being taught,practice and start to show a degree of understanding in a stress free way before you are ready to move to the next subject lesson.Facilities are excellent and everything needed is 'at the doorstep' of the OnlyOne Apnea Center. Don't be put off by the price of lessons as I guarantee you that if you're like me you will learn,expand and understand your knowledge here far more with this type of learning.I can recommend OnlyOne Apnea to anybody regardless of experience but you must focus and want to learn to get the results. I was ready to give up the thought of correctly performing deeper dives and probably would have left the sport to concentrate on SCUBA where I am an instructor but after this amazing and enlightening experience with OnlyOne Apnea I just can't wait to get back there to learn more..Grazie! Grazie! OnlyOne Apnea Center...

The center is amazing, they have all the equipment you will need to have such a great experience, about the team they do their job in professional way, good quality of service and they really care about their people "Safety comes first"...

I saw before i made my booking for SSI level 1 course the terrible review on that page but i didn't feel uncomfortable with that because they looks professional and after having the great experience i admit they are really care and doing their job in professional way, money is not the main purpose on their center "Safety is the main purpose"

Again,... The center is fantastic if you confused to try this sport don't think they will provide the safety and teach you how to do it right..they have amazing instructors and they organize everything to you.

Finally, Many thanks to Mrs. Chiara, Mr.Gus and Mr. Marco i really appreciate your great hard work and i see now the result in me and i am very happy for the great work you did with me Mr. GUS see you next holiday for new experience "I'm practicing kicking, static and dynamic at the pool till i see you Inshallah :)"

Awesome training week

Just back from a week training with Marco, still smiling from my last two days of diving on the reef and then on the ropes going deeper. I took several private lessons with Marco to identify and address some problems I've had with relaxation, breathing and equalisation. We took things slowly, just a few hours a day of practice and theory. Having this individual approach has worked wonders - better than group training I've taken in the past elsewhere. I now know where I need to focus my practice to enjoy my freediving more. Totally recommend diving with Only One Apnea.

The best freediving experience in Sharm el Sheik

Try the freediving scooter experiece!!! It is fantastic and much better than scuba diving!

This freediving center is perfect for instructors who want to to make the Open Water sessions on the ropes, for athletes who want to train or establish freediving records.
It is located inside the Domina Coral Bay.

Enjoy the blue and dRive safe ;-)

Ultimate professionals! Do it but can teach it as well.I had no idea what it was about so just turned up and they managed to fit me in- but really you need to book! Small outfit, friendly, amazing skills can be taught but don't expect overnight-this is "yoga"type freediving, tuning your body and mind to breathing and then not breathing!Thanks again Marco, Gus from Mister Barry - who lost 6lb in weigh to your mind altering teaching.
i hope to continue your teaching in my local pool as sadly can't visit Sharm that often. Do read up what its about BEFORE you contact them as they are really busy "hands on"
