Toy Train

The young kids love this ride and parents have fun riding with their young ones. The ride is not super long, it just goes around the park but it is still fun!

Quite a variety of working exhibits of different size train sets. A large, scale model, setup of the local area from Tularosa Basin up to Cloudcroft. Antiques not for sale and other items that are for sale. A small scale train ride set up that travels around the park area for kids, and adults. Definitely worth the stop, especially if... More

A toy train museum for the train enthusiast - small but lots to see! Not really suitable for young kids inside bc the models are old and delicate, but the train ride around the park was perfect for the kids and adults! The train engineer was super friendly and even opened up the engine for the kids to see after... More

Great event and well worth it. Take the train ride with little kids to view stuff through their eyes. They have several train sets inside that will give you a thrill for at least an hour. A great history lesson on Toy Trains....take the kids and grand kids!

The Toy Train Depot is small but fun. It has a Little museum in side with lots of neat trains. Old and new. The Train ride is fun. People are sweet and always wave to the kiddos as they ride by.

Nice little toy train depot. It was a great place if you like model trains but not for the full size. Ride outside went the length of the park.

I went to the toy train depot because I love all things to do with trains. I paid my money and walked around took all the pictures but none of the trains were moving. They had some awesome set up's one was even out of the town. But I found fascinating was how small the tracks were on some of... More

It is a cute place and on certain days the "engineer" will take the kids for a mini train ride around the park. Good for stretching your legs a little. Just for kids. But still a cute place to kill a little time.

When we arrived we were told the toy train (inside) portion of the museum was closed. We had no advance notice of this closure (wasn't posted on social media). This was very disappointing since we drove 2 hours out of the way to visit this attraction. There was no specific reason for the closure of the inside of the museum.... More
