Recently (Jan'16) I visited this place as part of my birding trip. This place is really nice to visit during sunset as the water bodies are full of Flamingo birds.

This is one of the best port in Jamnagar. we visited with family . Particularly children can get ideas about ship and material handling. Around 4-5 hrs can be easily passed over here

This is a nice place to watch the sunset and get away from the noise. Just park your bike and sit at the rocks, leave Jamnagar behind and enjoy.

Bedi port is approx 8 kms from Jamnagar Railway Station. One can find large salt pans enroute. Heaps of salts on both sides of roads is not a common sight. The port is close to the Naval Base called as INS Valsura. Best time to visit is early morning or evening around sunset.

Lovely coastal areas with white sasnd but not developed as Goa and other beaches. The summer is very hot time specially from 10 to 6 pm but evening after 7 is good but very dark. Food stalls are not much.

So, it is not good idea to visit. Moreover, this place is secured by Securities so, seeking an approval to enter is also difficult. And after all this is restricted... More
