The mosque is carved out of Stones whereas other Mosques are made of Woods, it is made of mostly red stones and an ancient structure.

Pathar Masjid is one of the very beautiful and peaceful place in Srinagar. it is located outside the city.

This is a historical mosque in Srinagar. This is located in outer side of town and usually crowded on Fridays.

This masjid is outside city and hence not as crowdy as the mosques inside city even as prayer time. This place is really peaceful.
