Certainly visit the central site with its collection of temples. Very good state of repair and interesting design feature--rounded end on major temple. But there are many other temples spread throughout the village with houses and animals living side by side with the ancient structures....More

One cannot end up visiting all the temples in Aihole, but there are so many that you wont like to miss...the main temple complex is also very nice!

This is a group of temples , of Siva and Surya Narayan. Architecture is awesome and great place to visit in winter. Make sure to have an umbrella if visited during noon.

Nice place to visit for 2hours.surrounding area is pathetic as area not developed by karnataka government. Roads to the temple are terrible.Inside beautiful. Can enjoy temple and museum.
