The Neo-Dravidian-style Vidhana Soudha is the seat of the state legislature while the red Attara Kacheri houses the High Court. In 2005, an annex called the Vikas Soudha was inaugurated, designed as an exact replica of the Vidhana Soudha. Though these buildings cannot be visited, they can be viewed from the outside.

And you can see all the politicians sitting there it's a good place for a photo opportunity you have to visit in the night time you have a metro connectivity from here through MG Road and Jalahalli it's a nice place

Take pictures good to spend some time and take pics. Take pics of high court from there itself as going opposite side is not useful.
