Big mountains of coal, tankers and industry. An industrial, dirty port for sure not suitable for cruise guests, but for whatever reason some cruises do stop here. No WiFi, duty free accepts dollars only, air sticky...well, guess nobody will come here unless forced to anyway.

We been to beach, it's next port. So it's good to visite one of the biggest port. As its one the way to panambur beach you no need to spend extra time or effort to visite this place.

This port is extremely industrial and dispite a large plaque inside the terminal stating it was luxury, it was not. No ATM, no WiFi, tiny shop, toilets locked. Shuttle from the terminal was not wheelchair friendly so we could not leave the port! Taxis wanted...More

Personally I would take a tuktuk or taxi. Negotiate price first though
