Guide was responsive to messages, comfortable car w ac, very friendly boat driver, good and relaxin lunch choice at beach club.

The guide was not informed at all by the tour operator about what the tour was about. The description also mentioned a day tour of 7 hours, while it was less than 5 hours, so half a day. No lunch included. For €125 per person I expected much more. Tour is a joke and tour operator should not be taken seriously.

We experienced two fabulous small group tours as part of our cruise port visits with Lijo & his team.
Our first tour was in Mumbai with Subo who was a first class guide who took care and time to give us the best flavour of Mumbai possible. We loved the visit to the flower market, train ride as part of the tour and enjoyed an excellent authentic lunch.
Our second tour was in Goa with Savio C. A great contrast to Mumbai the day before but equally as excellent. Savio was such a gentleman who shared his knowledge about his beautiful city throughout the tour. We thought the included buffet lunch was top class. The whole tour was great but the highlight was seeing the cows bathing in the sea on the way back to our ship.
We learnt and experienced so much about the diverse culture of this part of India during both tours. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending booking a tour with Muziris Heritage, the communication from booking through to meeting Lijo and his team at the port was excellent.

The tour guide was very knowledgeably and explained everything well. The houseboat was very well kept and the cooks did a fabulous job with the authentic food. The bus was very comfortable.

What a wonderful day it was to explore the roots of Jewish culture in Ft. Kochi and the state of Kerala India. The synagogues were of such historic nature that one can envision the thriving community that existed so many years ago. A fulfilling and splendid day it was !

Highly recommend Lijo Jose! The land tour was flawless! Totally impressed with the the attention to detail from the minute we landed in India until takeoff. Lijo’s staff meet us at the airport guided us every step of the way on our tour. The driver was wonderful.

LOVED IT!! What a great tour of India! We got off Island Princess 2023 World Cruise ( a huge disappointment )in Sri Lanka to fly to New Delhi. The tour guide, accommodations and transportation were amazing. We didn’t have to eat at hotel tourist meals for lunch and dinner. They brought us to amazing restaurants. We would not hesitate to recommend Lijo Tours to see India. Never expected to enjoy India as much as we did. We give full credit to the exceptional tour guide and Lijo Tours. Way better than Princess cruise ship organized overland tours. We were a small group and it was great!!

Highly recommend! We were picked up at our hotel and greeted by a wonderful team of tour guides. Our private tour took us all over Kerala and ended with a homemade lunch. We took a boat tour, rode in a Tuk Tuk, and visited one of the local temples.

Amazing tour of the Jewish community of Cochin! This tour took us to 4 synagogues with in depth explanations of each. All were stunning. We learned so much. These were among the oldest synagogues we have been able to visit around the world. We spoke at length with the last member and caretaker of the Kadavumbagam Synagogue creating lasting memories. Lijo took us to a nearby shop to have a “Cochin-style “ kippah made for our grandson. He stopped with us to buy dates and spices from small vendors. I highly recommend this tour.

Could you please let me know the main places to see in kochi. Does this day tour covers all the important places. How about the other transportation.

Hi -
6 of us are planning a trip to Kerala in May. We are 4 adults and 2 kids. We arrive in Kochi from Bangalore at about 10 AM on the 15th.
We intend to spend one day, the 15th, in Kochi and would primarily be interested in a 4 hour house boat cruise in Alappuzha. If there is time after that, we'd like to do limited sight seeing in Kochi and retire for the night in the hotel.
