Labasa is about 3 hrs from Pune. Its a over hyped hill station in Maharashtra and same is the condition of Lavasa International Convention Centre. I was not impressed and it could be better maintained. Main reson for bad maintenance may be because poor business.

I actually took a day's ride from Mumbai to Lavasa. Few steep hilly roads are in between so you need to have confidence while driving on those steep hills specifically 2-3 places have sharp turns & steeps nearby Lavasa.

It's around 65 Kms. from Pune. Personal cab would be the best option for transport.
