Malshej Ghat is not as frequently visited as Panchgani-Mahableshwar or Lonavala-Khandala. But it is probably higher or same elevation as Varandha Ghat. Malshej Ghat in rainy season has plenty of waterfalls and greenery. Many scenic spots. Worth a drive. Takes you close to nature.

It is advised to cook and carry it along. Road side food is not that good. We traveled with my 1 year old daughter with enough of food and water for her.
