It is a cremation ground of the royal family of Bikaner. Here many types of cenotaphs in the memory of kings and queens are built here and it is perfect example of rajasthani architecture. After evening it is not allowed to go inside.

The place is interesting for its architecture and the changes that it undergoes with each generation. There is a temple too here. A trust runs it and there is an entry fee of Rs 5. You have to take the slippers that are available inside....More

This place is worth it, and quite near the city center. Lot of photo opportunities. A bit of history available. There are no toilets as the staff is living in the toilets built for tourists.

Not an essential part of a visit to Bikaner but worth a quick visit. Can stop here on way to or return from Camel farm. Chatris are beautiful and nice to see the differences between them, even the modern ones.

Devikund Sagar (the Royal Cenotaph) was a spectacular display of architecture, maybe even more gorgeous than the other buildings in the city. It is not as popular on the tourist list as other sites, but it is a beautiful place to simply ‘be’.

With so little known and talked about, this place is truly a must visit for every person with an enthusiasm for history, culture and architecture. Visit during the hours of the sunset and you shall never forget the peaceful experience.

Many Bollywood movies have been shot at this place. It is an iconic structure built during times of Prince & Princess of Rajasthan. It is a nice relaxing place and can click lots of pictures.
