It is not advisable for foreign tourist. as it is not a monument. it is a Sun temple.
it used to be a very beautiful temple built by sand stone. Recently this temple has added many iron bars, grill, new gate and additional walls that's spoiled the beauty of the temple.
There is no parking, way to get in, no food joints.

Their is stadium college stadium nothing else waste of time and effort that's it u can take a walk over their their is university ground and if u still go their their is a shortcut by ground itself to come back will save 20 min

Sun Temple is located far away on the outskirts of the city & can be definitely skipped if you are on a city tour

Although the temple looked beautiful from outside, when we entered, we noticed that it was lying in a pathetic condition, with no repairs being made on the broken tomb, minars and statues.

Sun temple is not in Phalodi.. Or the one you are talking about in this forum is in OSIAN... Which is 65 km from jodhpur..... Out of the above 2 pictures one of them is from sachiyai mata temple OSIAN and another one is from sun temple OSIAN.
