Gurudongmar is heavenly scenic place of India.you will experience pleasure once see gurudongmar lake. You need to complete visit before 12-1 pm to manage with less oxygen level here.

Its really the most beautiful place in the total North sikkm trip with all mountains covered with snow and also the way going to Gurudongmar lake is simply superb with total barren land and the views you will never forget in your life

You have to start early from Lachen to reach Gurudongmar, more early if you want to visit Chopra Valley and Kala Patthar. There will be some breathing related problem but don't panic. Not recommended for children less than 5 years. No word to express the...More

Oh sure, it is located at very high altitude, hardly any rains but must get acclamatised before reaching there.

They said that the monsoon is during June/July.... so you need to find out from a local travel agent to be sure. Try calling Arun from Travel Zone ‭+91 98320 13211; ‭+91 98005 00311‬ ‬. Also very good as a Travel agent... More
