Caught the local bus to about 10 from temple bus terminal. Took the temple bus up the hill. Neat, well signaged temple. Wasn't busy at about 17:30. Beautiful experience. Took bus on return trip.

Beautiful Murugan temple situated on a small hill. Excellent location for a family outing as you can have a good darshan and also enjoy some peaceful time with good vibrations. It is typically cool in the evening and better visit that time. One can walk and climb, or vehicles are allowed to go up the hill. Roads leading to the... More

One must go and visit Lord Murugan and experience the vibrations. Please make sure you take a cab right upto the top in case you have kids or elderly people. If you take 70 D from Busn stand, you may have to wait for a lot of time for the mini bus which will take you up the hill and... More

Beautiful location. It looks amazing between June to Jan. You can simply sit and relax after darshan. Behind the main temple there is one more place called Pambatti Siddhar temple below the main temple level. Avoid festival days since it will be fully crowded. A good family trip to the important holy place and the place to relax.

The location of temple is great. Finding options to commute is not difficult. We took stairs instead of bus, do it only if you are fit enough. It's quite challenging. Bothering part they take 50/- to put you in special queue. Baffling.
