Abrar was so knowledgeable and kind. From the time we entered the store, he was welcoming and patient in answering my sister and I’s question. He showed us the process and explained all the materials that are use. He then took us to the showing room and laid the different rugs in front of us as we had chai. I’ll never look at this craft the same way!

Abrar and his team very hospitality. He shared a wealth of knowledge with us into the whole process of what is required to produce Persian rugs. Fantastic to see the ladies at work and learn the history. The quality is stunning. If I had my own home and the money I would love one for each room. The cashmere and silk was amazing to touch.

I just received my gorgeous handmade rug from India and it is beyond my expectations. I sent a picture of a rug I liked with my custom dimensions and Kalra's created a near perfect replica at a VERY reasonable price. Yogi communicated with me on every step including when I could expect to receive it. The rug takes a few months to make (it is handmade after all) but I was given a realistic timeframe. It was worth the wait!!! So impressed and will get my next rug from them soon.

I visited as part of a wider trip to India. The rugs on display were great, & I purchased 1. I was so impressed by it, that on my return home I brought another one. The process of ordering it was easy, with the time to make it being explained. The carriage via UPS went well, with updates on the location updated regularly. Overall, I'm very impressed with both rugs 👍👍👍👍
