Dedicated to DURGA MATHA it is just nearto Manas mandir and there is a Pond (Durga Kund ). centrally located.

It’s very holy place. It was very divine. I met one priest Mr Chandan Dube ji. He helped me lot. If you are going there, kindly must meet him. He will arrange your worship properly.

This is one of the must see temple in varanasi. The place is in the main city area of varanasi and so on the busy road and so its so crowded and so no parking. but still its worth the effort

Visited with a guide. Not a monkey in sight, he said that they had attacked people so have been driven away. It was very busy & damn hot. You take your chances but this ain’t a monkey temple.

We visited the temple by 11 a.m. There were very few people and we could get the darshan very easily. It wil be difficult to have easy darshan on Tuesdays and Fridays and of course on festival and holidays. But if you are... More
