A must visit temple. Enjoy ride of an Auto Rikshaw to visit this temple. En-route observing busy streets of Mathura is another experience in itself. Krishna Murti is enchanting. After temple visit, do visit local markets around temple. Do taste rabdi, samosas and local snacks.

Dwarkadish ki Jai! A beautiful temple loaded with pilgrims. The walk to the temple is quite dirty though - with they had maintained the narrow bylanes more neatly. People dont maintain any sense of distance or personal space and so it can be difficult to navigate between the crowd.

Dwarkadhish temple is a must visit temple in mathura. It is near the vishram ghat and in the old mathura city. The architecture of the temple is beautiful. The place is charged up by devotees and the energy level is very high. At the same time, it is very peaceful. Must visit.

Dwarkadhish Temple is one of the oldest and one of the most visited temple in Mathura.
It's in narrow bylanes so better reach by auto or walking ...Parking of vehicles won't be easy.

Always check the timings of opening and closing to avoid disappointment.

You can leave your shoes at a nearby shop for just Re 1 per pair.

1 Needs to climb few stairs inside temple.

Vishraam Ghat is at walking distance.

Plenty of options to enjoy street food, rabdi, lassi etc

Dwarkadish Temple is must visit at Mathura. Its always crowded, do take care of your footwear. Best is to buy pooja thali from shops outside and request them to take care of your footwear. Beware of fake pandits for Pooja offering. Must visit for Hindu.

This is one of the oldest and extremely popular temple for all devotees. This is the location where Lord Krishna came from Dwarka and settled. Lakhs of devotees come here during the year. During Janamasthami this place is extremely crowded. Must visit this place.

Temple is on the banks of Yamuna River and good.

The road to Dwarkadhish temple in mathura is very narrow.
Better don't go by car on this road because if you struck in narrow road Jam it will take min 30mins ,So better hire a cycle rickshaw.

Please be careful about touts/ agents around mathura, having touts have their own advantage and disadvantage. firstly, they say all they charge is 50 rs and nothing else If you are first time visitor you will not be knowing the places and these people take advantage of that and make you sit in front of god and then make you to take oath saying you will donate min 1000 to multiples of 1000 to temple.!! and if you believe them then please be ready to shell out we were looted 2 times like this.

This temple is closed at 7:30 pm exactly!!.

The temple is Situated to the north of the town, dedicated to shri Krishna, is the most popular shrine at mathura after Krishna Jannma Bhumi .
It is very religious for Vaishanava, crowded, make sure you have enough strength as temple gate is narrow compare to other temple. donot require any guide who will say I'll show you 4/5 points with minimum charges , say 21 inr only. but they will insist you to buy flower, prasadam, clothes for puja. so dont fall in their trap. Ask any body , definitely show you way how to reach dwarkadish temple.
please maintain timings else you may not get dharshan.
