Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Staff involvement poor. Key system poor. Wifi is horrible. Breakfast is very bland. Walls dirty. Toilet stinks. Housekeeping is mediocre. What more can I say......, I would not go back.
On a positive note, the property could be really good, they are just lacking in management focus and upkeep.

Lovely experience, friendly staff, we liked that we were allowed to change our minds about our attire. Although we were a bit weary about using the same lippy and fake hair as the thousands of other tourists who've visited as nothing was cleaned post-use.
Noted after Googling: not the cheapest nor the best photos (IDR$550,000 vs others at IDR$350,000 per two people), however they do allow you to take as many photos with your own camera/phone as you like after they've taken their professional photos.

Our driver took us there for the Barong dance at 10:00 am. First we were shocked about the price -100000 IDR- no idea if that's normal but it was our only one and we didn't think it was worth it. The location is nice but the toilets weren't really. They gave us a piece of paper to read about the story and it was in very had English so we had to try and interpret what was going on on stage.

Beautiful food, service great with view of rice fields. I could sit for hours and look at the rice fields. Fruit bowl was lovely on a hot day.
