Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very local to us, so I pop in fairly frequently.
Sushi Tei is great - good food and value. Cinema nice and new although they don’t serve coffee and won’t let you take in one from other shops in the mall.
J-Co is okay for coffee even if the service is ridiculously slow.
My main issue here is WiFi. I can’t get on it as it requires Facebook or Instagram: which I don’t have. Thought I’d email them to see if another route to use it.
I’d like to sit in the main cafe and spend money!
I’ve tried (email and phone) maybe six times and not once had an answer. Never pick the phone up and emails go unanswered.
In this day and age how can you turn off willing paying customers by not providing free wifi?

Good for food only.
The food court out the front had some great food options and plenty of seating.
The ‘clothes stores were selling thrifted / seconds of poor value at western prices. Absolute garbage.

Nothing really special. The nicest part is they have quite a lot of places to eat.
Please keep the cleanliness of the toilets! And also please be a bit more strict with the parking payment queuing rules between cars and scooters.
Make it ALWAYS 2 different areas of queuing or ask scooter to follow the queue!

From the outside, Sidewalk Jimbaran will seem like a small shopping center. A supermarket, a few restaurants and a cinema and that was it. But we were really surprised that it really packed a punch when we decided, after a week of going past it on our way to and from our accommodation, to pay it a visit.
The highlight of Sidewalk Jimbaran will be the Gourmet Market. Not only is the Gourmet Market a supermarket well-stocked with imported goods but it is also the home to a mini-food court and a bar. I would recommend Pasta Di Marco situated immediately to your right at the Gourmet Market’s entrance. I daresay it is some of the best pasta around.
If only we had found out about this place sooner instead of discovering it in the last two days of our trip. We would have returned everyday.

last week i stayed in Jimbaran,i want to find ATM,i think shopping mall is the best choice.i came here by go-ride.but i cant find any ATMs, maybe i dont know the right place. the mall not big,i took some pics here, after that,i had dessert at J.Co, ordered two donuts, one matcha flavour, another avocado flavour, also i ordered a flat white coffee ,and got one free plain donut.donuts here not very sweet, coffee not bad.a very sweet memory here.finally i found ATM at uluwatu square, just opposite sidewalk, so those who want to withdraw money, can go to uluwatu square.

My friend take me here for dinner, she recomend their food taste great and good price. And when I get there its true , big place with so many option of meat and food including pastry, bakery, bar and supermarket (with lots of import stuff). But the whole process to eat there bit confusing, after chosse your meat to cook and how to cook and with what sauce, the give you copy of your order and to sit. But there is no place to sit, only fews table availabe for such a big place so we have to find our own seat and by waiting for pople who look like about to finish their meal. Then you have to go back to the place you order food to make sure they know where you seat to deliver the food (due they dont ask when we finish order). After eating the payment process also bit slow due we have to ‘look’ for our order. Its a geat
place and good food but they really need to fix how they operated their system to make it easy for us the customers.

The crazy increase in prices are off putting ,
everything i used to buy was double price.
The fruit and veg section is a joke. you can buy same in grandlucky super for tenth of the price.
The gourmet pasty , meats, salads crazy prices and sausage roll is tiny now and hardly any meat.
I used to buy alot now no more.
On plus side there is a french cafe with great sandwiches, cakes and fantastic prices .soooo good

I visited today 10 June was amazed to find most foods in the gourmet area doubled in price !!!!! How can a veggie pasty be more than a beef one ?!?!? Gone from 30 k to 55 k !! Everything massively more expensive! And yet good cheaper prices in the French cafe at the entrance which was packed with customers! I will NEVER shop in the gourmet food section again !!! You have lost my custom and many others too !!!!
