Beautiful memorial

Huge memorial for those who lost their lives in the Bali bombings. Can't miss it as it's huge and looks stunning at night.

It is always a moving experience to visit here. 88 fellow Australians amongst the 200 plus people that died always compels me to visit when in Bali. Simply to pay my respects. A beautiful spiritual place that is not to be missed.

I visit here every time I am in Bali. Each time I spend on reflecting about those lives were lost that terrible night. It is usually kept pretty clean however sometimes there are lots of offerings and if it has been raining it can get a little slippery and mushy underfoot. The list of names are very clear to read.

This is a large monument dedicated to those who lost their lives in a bombing in Kuta. It is a lovely serene place.

A very sad place to visit. But I have to point out that the memorial is not well maintained. It makes the place even more sad to see. I wish that the authorities would properly maintain this place.

Very sad to visit this memorial and see all the names of people that passed in this tragedy. Memorial is a bit run down which is disappointing

Everyone who tragically lost their life in the 2002 Bali bombing is listed at the Monument. By country, then alphabetically by name. It's a sad reminder of how Bali was used as a target by terrorists not indigenous to Bali itself. There is no justice for those who lost loved ones but I feel that Bali suffered greatly too and... Can be quite a moving experience as you think about the mayhem that went on nearby that claimed so many lives. Although in the middle of a rather busy and noisy are the memorial itself is treated with respect but all who pass by.
